Project Eleven Studio Courses Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the courses, materials, coaching, and other services (“Services”) offered by Project Eleven Studio (“we,” “us,” “our”) through our website and online learning platform hosted on Kajabi (“Platform”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Services.

3. Eligibility and Global Access

Our Services are offered globally and are available to individuals and businesses.
There are no formal age restrictions; however, users under the age of 18 must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian before enrolling.

You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

4. Description of Services

Our Services may include, without limitation:

  • Pre-recorded video lessons.

  • Live cohort-based classes and workshops.

  • Written materials, PDFs, images, and other resources.

  • Quizzes, assignments, and assessments.

  • Access to online learning communities or discussion areas (if applicable).

Access to specific content is granted only upon successful enrollment and payment.

5. User Accounts and Access

To access the Services, you must create an account on the Kajabi platform. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • All activities conducted under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if we believe your account is being misused or these Terms are violated.

6. Payments, Pricing, and Refund Policy

All purchases are processed through Kajabi’s checkout system using the payment methods supported by Kajabi.

  • Pricing Model: One-time payment per course or cohort.

  • Payment Due: In full at the time of enrollment.

  • Refund Policy: All sales are final. No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances once access to the course has been granted, including for cohort-based or live courses.

By completing a purchase, you authorize the processing of payment and confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

7. Cohort-Based and Live Course Terms

For live or cohort-based courses:

  • Schedules, session times, and duration will be communicated in advance.

  • You are responsible for attending sessions as scheduled.

  • Missed live sessions may or may not be recorded or made available, at our sole discretion.

We reserve the right to modify schedules, substitute instructors, or cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we may offer rescheduling or alternative access, but no refunds are guaranteed.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All course content, including but not limited to videos, written materials, images, presentations, quizzes, and course designs, is the exclusive intellectual property of Project Eleven Studio.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational use.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, share, sell, sublicense, or publicly display any course content.

  • Record, download (unless expressly permitted), or redistribute live sessions.

Any unauthorized use constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in termination of access and legal action.

9. User-Generated Content and Assignments

Certain courses may require submission of assignments, including Google Sheets, presentations, or other documents.

You retain ownership of your own submissions; however, by submitting them, you grant us a limited license to:

  • Review, evaluate, and provide feedback.

  • Use anonymized excerpts for internal training or quality improvement purposes.

You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or violates third-party rights.

10. Disclaimers

All Services are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

We make no guarantees regarding specific results, professional outcomes, certifications, or financial or career success as a result of participating in any course.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, all warranties, express or implied, are disclaimed.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Project Eleven Studio shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to:

  • Use or inability to use the Services.

  • Technical issues, interruptions, or platform outages.

  • Decisions or actions taken based on course content.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Services is to discontinue use.

12. Third-Party Platforms

We use Kajabi and other third-party services for hosting, payments, and communications. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

13. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to any course if you:

  • Violate these Terms.

  • Misuse content or infringe intellectual property.

  • Engage in abusive, disruptive, or unlawful conduct.

Termination does not entitle you to any refund.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Massachusetts.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
