1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the courses, materials, coaching, and other services (“Services”) offered by Project Eleven Studio (“we,” “us,” “our”) through our website and online learning platform hosted on Kajabi (“Platform”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Services.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if we believe your account is being misused or these Terms are violated.
6. Payments, Pricing, and Refund Policy
All purchases are processed through Kajabi’s checkout system using the payment methods supported by Kajabi.

Payment Due: In full at the time of enrollment.

Refund Policy: All sales are final. No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances once access to the course has been granted, including for cohort-based or live courses.
By completing a purchase, you authorize the processing of payment and confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
7. Cohort-Based and Live Course Terms
For live or cohort-based courses:

Schedules, session times, and duration will be communicated in advance.

You are responsible for attending sessions as scheduled.

Missed live sessions may or may not be recorded or made available, at our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to modify schedules, substitute instructors, or cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we may offer rescheduling or alternative access, but no refunds are guaranteed.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All course content, including but not limited to videos, written materials, images, presentations, quizzes, and course designs, is the exclusive intellectual property of Project Eleven Studio.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational use.
You may not:

Copy, reproduce, distribute, share, sell, sublicense, or publicly display any course content.

Record, download (unless expressly permitted), or redistribute live sessions.
Any unauthorized use constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in termination of access and legal action.
9. User-Generated Content and Assignments
Certain courses may require submission of assignments, including Google Sheets, presentations, or other documents.
You retain ownership of your own submissions; however, by submitting them, you grant us a limited license to:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, all warranties, express or implied, are disclaimed.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Project Eleven Studio shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to:

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Services is to discontinue use.
12. Third-Party Platforms
We use Kajabi and other third-party services for hosting, payments, and communications. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their acts or omissions.
13. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to any course if you:

Termination does not entitle you to any refund.
